CUSTOMER SERVICE

Orders should be in writing and need to be over $300 or a pick and pack fee applies of $12.50, or if taken over the phone, the customer must accept responsibility.

Delivery discrepancies must be advised within 7 days of receipt of goods to achieve credit/replacement.

Replacement of faulty items will be supplied in next order and a photo needs to be supplied by email.

In Australia, freight is Free into Store (FIS) only on invoices of $1000 net and over for East Coast and Adelaide Metro and otherwise freight charged for Adelaide, Darwin, Perth, Tasmania and non-Metro/State Regional is charged at a maximum 7% flat rate and non-metro on forwarded freight areas of WA and QLD are charged at 15%. Tasmania is free freight to Melbourne on orders over $1000 net. Standard freight charges apply on all orders below $1000 net.

In New Zealand, freight is charged maximum at 20% or less, Door to Door Via Australia Post/Courier excluding customs (GST & Duty). Minimum order is AUD500 net. 

Where tailgate trucks and/or hand unloads are required additional charges will apply irrespective of freight terms.

Based upon availability, shipments will be dispatched within 48 hours of orders being placed.

BACK ORDERS

Back orders of over $300 shipped on the same terms as original order except basic freight rate fee covered by Axis. Back orders under $300 can be cancelled.    

RETURNS

If you do not wish to keep the stock supplied then this must be sent back WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS at your own cost and this is credited onto your account based on being received in perfect condition. A reason is also required.
